Code Violation Properties

What are properties with code violations you may be asking yourself. These are not foreclosures but properties with code violations can, like any other kind of property, be foreclosed on. Some properties are owned by the bank and other banks will lend on a property that is uninhabitable or unsafe for human habitation. These are single family residences (1 to 4 units), apartment buildings, commercial and industrial property. Other properties with code violations, on the other hand, can have a loan on them and many buyers can purchase these properties on a condition that the new buyer repair the property by a certain date and time.
