The Business Toolbox 2 workshop is designed for non-accountant business managers interested in (1) increasing profits and (2) improving their financial management skills. This three hour workshop provides an in-depth look at three major financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. These three financial statements provide the structure for your planning efforts. Properly used they act as a budgeting tool, and early warning system, a problem identifier, and a solution generator.
A common problem area for many non-accountant business managers is a lack of understanding business documents and financial statements. This workshop offers a solution to this problem...illustrative financial statements are analyzed and explained in detail.
