And how could you have Billy Joel on your playlist and not have "New York State of Mind" esp. for a venue right in the middle of Times Square??) and the fact that you have to sign a very restrictive rights agreement before you can do your thing (they hold the rights to your image/likeness "in perpetuity and throughout the universe"? Wha?
