CHANGES TO MEETING:

Dear Meetup friends: As you know I was recently given the reigns to this Meetup group. Unfortunately this even was not completely planned by the previous organizer. The event will still take place but their will be not be a drawing and no fee. Please bring your business cards and network with other members.

This is a great bunch of people! Enjoy a few drinks and make some new business contacts at this event. I will personally not ve able to attend but I look forward to meeting you at a future event.

    Hey manny I think that you are the organizer of this event? listen my time is very important and gas is very expensive so please don't waste my time.

Who attended?

    • “ HEY! I got there and there was only one other person...the restaurant people said there was no such meeting scheduled. We were both bewildered. Neither of us received any cancellation or change notices. So we went out for dinner somewhere else anyway. What happened and what's going on???! ”
    • “ This meeting was very poorly planned since The River House is not open to the public at this time and no one had called to check this out ahead of time! I do not know what happened to the 40 people who RSVPd since there was no one there when I arrived. ”

      “ When I got to the location there was no meeting I never receive and e mail or something to tell me that it was cancel or something. ”
    • “ I just wasted a bunch of time trying to find the River House, which was a nice place except for the fact that there was no one there, unless I was an idiot and couldn't find a group of people around a bar exchanging business cards, which there wasn't. ”

      “ I showed up on time - only to be told by the hostess that they were closed for the summer and "no one had told them about it". A couple of people showed up while I was there, we were all stunned and disappointed. ”
