The Chicago Real Estate Buying and Investing Meet Up

No fooling! Spring is here. People are thinking about moving. Will this
help our current market? Do you have deals that you would like to get
offers on? Are you looking for deals?Weather you are a seasoned investor or
have been around the block more than once, you will see the difference at
this meet up. What makes us different? Well, here are a few things...
1. No speaker. We are ALL here to help each other by providing the best
information and deals out there. The meetings with speakers have their
place. But isn't it nice to have a place to go that is focused on helping
you build YOUR real estate business?
2. Nothing to sell. Well, ok. The Ground Floor Entrepreneur Center does
offer the best ground floor class in real estate investing that we know of.
It's taught by Marty Couch, who has been in the Real Estate industry for
19+ years and has been involved in over 5000 real estate transactions. So,
we might mention that the class is coming up. But you won't spend the whole
meeting hearing nothing but a pitch for it.
3. Some of the most experienced, well rounded investors in Chicago. We
have attendees who own commercial properties, single family homes, buy and
hold, buy-fix-flip, wholesale, rehab and most importantly THINK OUTSIDE THE
BOX! Bring your deals. Bring your issues. Get ideas that you can use right
away.
