The month of October is Breast Cancer Month.

As so many women know of friends or family members that have had Breast Cancer our November meeting will be a celebration of Breast Cancer Survivors.

We will have a panel of women that have had various forms of breast cancer. They will be discussing their doctors and what they have had to endure. Some of discussion will be about their treatments. Some have had surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, while others have chosen a holistic approach.

They will talk about their journeys back to health.

Let’s enjoy their company and celebrate their lives with them.

She was very thoughtful in her acknowledgment of Past Presidents. Karen Vaillancourt did exceptional job lining up the panel of speakers. The topic was relevant, the speakers were great. The theme for next months meeting "It's a Wrap" is great way to end the year and set the pace for 2009. It's obvious that the women of the RI Women's Network are the BEST!!! ”
