Hello everyone!!
I'd like to invite you and your colleagues to join South Florida's Science & Technology Entrepreneurial Community in attending the Enterprise Development Corporation's BIOTECH 2008 Life Science Conference which is being hosted by Florida International University on April 24th.
This conference rotates between all of the universities and this year's theme is:
"Technology Convergence and South Florida's Growing Life Science Cluster"
Featured Keynote Speakers (as listed in the agenda below) include Noel Guillama - The Quantum Group, Dr. Anne Burdick - University of Miami, and Dr. Axel Ullrich - Director of Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry.
The Conference features panel discussions on underlying technology platforms that are driving the healthcare industry; novel applications for patient monitoring, diagnostic, and therapeutic products; South Florida's pipeline of emerging technologies; venture capital funding of Life Science products and services; and improved medical billing, record retention, and other healthcare services.
Come network and collaborate with over 300 members of industry and academia to explore how we are using information technology (IT) not only to meet today's healthcare challenges but also to link South Florida's Life Science community together for meaningful collaboration and ultimately, the successful growth of this cluster in our region.
Tickets to attend vary in price and sponsorship opportunities are still available:
Corporate Price: $150.00
Government Price: $75.00
