Please RSVP with care

A lot of effort, time, and planning goes into scheduling events, from selecting the venue to planning agendas to arriving early to make sure we get a good table and so on. With that in mind, please know that it is extremely frustrating to go to the trouble of doing all of this, only to have people be discourteous enough to not show up. In some cases, I have had only one person attend when several had RSVPd ?yes?.

Please understand that this can no longer be tolerated. I will be implementing, and enforcing, a RSVP and No Show policy within the group. Excessive no shows and last minute cancels will result in being removed and banned from the group. I will provide my cell number on each event, and if you find that you are unable to attend at the last minute, a phone call will be expected. Common respect and courtesy are all I ask, and leaving fellow members waiting expectantly is not consistent with either one.

I value each and every one of you in this group, and I hope to provide a valuable forum for you to make connections and grow your businesses. It is with a genuine desire to see you succeed that I hope you will make a serious effort to attend and utilize our events.
