Are you coming next Wednesday?

Good afternoon everyone!

There is a good treat in the oven cooking for next Wednesday and so far 12-13 of you confirmed by RSVP. As you know, we need some advanced notice so that we can get you to the building and provide a name to security, and beyond this, we are really preparing some great materials for our members.

I had interesting chats this week on new products and some marketing challenges you are facing. A mix of fear and surprise when you realize the business plan you established to raise your first or second round of funding got you the money, but was far from the reality of what the market really is. I coached 2 members just on adapting to this resolution. The whole plan had to be turned around, simply because the economies of scale and the market trends have changed drastically just in a few months! Maybe one aspect of this group is about inventing some tools to make rapid changes and adaptations to keep the right focus and optimize your objectives?

I think that our two "keynote speakers" are phenomenal. Their passion and genious ideas should be extremely inspiring.
