Introduction
I have been in the Private Mortgage (hard money) business for 23 years and would like to help real estate investors finance the purchase and rehab of bank-owned houses in and around Detroit.

The Oakland Business Forum October Meetup
"No one showed up. I waited around in the lobby of the Troy Hilton, asked the front desk if they knew of a meeting at 6:00 but they had none. Very disappointing, if it was cancelled or postponed an e-mail notice would have been appreciated."
