Come out for a fun evening of dinner and Cashflow!

Bring your favorite dish or food item to share in a potluck and be prepared to have fun! Play the Cashflow101/102 board game with like-minded individuals or just socialize with friends and share business/investment ideas. A great way to network, meet new friends, and learn about new business and investment opportunities.

This month we will be introducing two guest speakers:
Justin Lee - Justin is a full-time real estate investor and specializes in flipping properties. He will share some tips about real estate investing and open up for Q&A.
Judith Gordon - Judith will introduce information on affordable legal services for your business and investments.

Please note that due to limited space, Cashflow games are limited to only 24 players (4 tables with 6 seats per table).

Things to bring:
- business cards and/or promotional materials
- calculator (if you plan to play Cashflow)
- food item to share in a potluck (if possible, please indicate what food item you will be bringing to maintain variety and avoid duplicates). Please note that alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
- I would greatly appreciate anyone that is willing to bring his/her Cashflow101/202 game.

- 6:30 - 7:30 Presentation
- 7:30 - 10:30pm Play Cashflow! (optional)

We ask for a $5 cover charge (by donation) to help for the cost of the meeting room.
