(1) Provide assistance for people who have a business idea (online or offline), but need help and advice for getting it off the ground.
(2) Connect individuals with one another to find the complementary skillsets necessary to start and run a business.
(3) Provide constructive feedback to fellow entrepreneurs to aid in solving problems and spurring growth.
(4) Connect business owners with other product or service providers in order to form lasting, mutually-beneficial partnerships.
I believe that a business leader shouldn't resist change, but EMBRACE it, and address 3 critical components -- People, Process, and Technology -- in order to launch and operate a successful business in today's ever-changing marketplace. Because our business climate is constantly changing, the companies that are best-equipped to deal with that change will have the highest chance of success!
